Post Acute Specialist/ Wound care & Pulmonologist

We are currently looking to hire Tele-health Doctors and Nurse Practitioners who are licensed in the state of Texas.

We are looking for Nurse Practitioners who will provide Telehealth for post Rehab Care. You’ll be both a health practitioner and an educator, supporting disease prevention practices and helping people lead healthy lives.

The specialty care area needed for the doctors and NP's are Wound Care & Pulmonology.

• Each person must be able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, 2-hour time blocks.

Experience:
Nurse Practitioners
1 - 2 years experience as NP, or 10 years experience as RN

Medical Doctors
Review clinic notes, no patient visits

Just as our FYI, MD can review up to 150+ visit notes)

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and their medical records
• Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.)
• Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
• Propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases
• Prescribe medications
• Maintain accurate records and schedules
• Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
• Oversee patients’ post rehab care
• Promote good health practice
• Skills
• Proven experience as Nurse Practitioner in a clinic, hospital, ER or other setting
• Expertise in primary care, acute care and chronic care practices
• Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ethics
• Team spirit with a positive attitude
• Patience and cool-headedness
• Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience
• Valid nurse practitioner license
• Master’s degree; PhD is a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $150.00 per hour
