President Hospice Operations - West Division (Remote)

Relocation assistance is available but is NOT required; however, you must have access to a major airport for ease of travel

If unwilling to relocate, we prefer talent located from the middle part of the United State, West. No East Coast talent unwilling to relocate, please.

Compensation: Exceptional Senior Executive Compensation package to include base + bonus + additional and lucrative incentive compensation

Summary:
Directs, coordinates, and administers all aspects of the organizations operations including monitoring the daily operations with a focus on both strategic and tactical functions. The SVPO, provides guidance and oversight to VPO’s, RD’s-Market Development while working in close alignment with VP Clinical Service, VP Sales, and other key leadership, assuring all aspects of assigned organization operations remain focused on strategic and tactical functions. Provide oversight to planning, implementing, and evaluating program operations against established operational, clinical, and business goals ensuring objectives are in accordance with organizations’ strategic plan and mission. Cultivate and develop strategic relationships with key executives of hospitals, regional/national healthcare corporations, etc.

Required Skills/Experience:

10-15+ years Hospice Industry Experience, Job stability & proven, verifiable performance

Hospice multi-site Operations & Sales leadership

Large census / revenue oversight: $100 million and up

Area, Regional, VP, SVP, President, or higher-level industry leadership experience required

Industry talent with similar or greater scope/scale. Looking for someone with strong operations and sales experience who has managed multiple sites. Someone independent, does not require micromanagement, proactive, collaborative and solutions oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
