Project Manager

Must haves:

• Demonstrated ability to deliver big data programs
• An ownership mentality that is expressed through a collaborative, “hands-on”, professional attitude.

• In-depth understanding of JIRA
• Hands on and in depth understanding on Asana
• Previous experience in chatbot/voice projects will be a big plus
• Experience in GCP will be a huge plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide the required hands-on project management, cross-functional and cross-business coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
• Work closely with software and data engineers, product managers and other teams within the Professional Services Organization (PSO) to deliver high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
• Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead several technical programs for PSO, collaborating with customers to set priorities for products and engineering, ensuring success metrics are informing future efforts, and quickly fine tuning the program as needed.

Salary: $55.00 – $75.00 per hour
