This position is responsible for all physician recruiting in the Company.

  • Drives the provider recruiting process for full cycle recruiting and works with Clinical Directors and Operations to fulfill provider needs.
  • Sets and manages Company culture and expectations during interview process.
  • Attends, recruits and represents Company at clinical trade shows.
  • Builds and maintains a provider pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Delivers and maintains weekly reports on status of openings and progress.
  • Coordinates with proper departments the onboarding process for all new providers.
  • Responsible for the proper data entry, storage, security and use of candidate and new employee personal data.
  • Track resumes and interviews to assist with statistic reports for government and Company reporting.
  • Assist with completion of references, proper background checks and drug screens for all candidates.
  • Must be well versed in all benefits and effectively represent to candidates.
  • Develops and maintains good recruiting relationships and networks with potential candidates.
  • Works to ensure compliance of Company, EEOC, all federal and state government guidelines are maintained at all times.
  • Responsible for maintaining current job postings and ads.
  • Visits professional media sites on a daily basis to hunt and foster provider relations.
  • Provides feedback on salary surveys and ensure internal equity for current providers.
  • Functions both as a hunter and farmer role with recruiting efforts.
  • Some travel required.
  • Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.
  • Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for candidate recruitment process.
  • Self-motivated with strong desire to excel and achieve results.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products, direct search process, internet job board and internet recruiting.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Proven track record of recruitment success in healthcare field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and with senior management and other team members.
  • Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development.
  • 3 years of provider recruiting experience required.
