Quality Manager - External Quality

CHR Life Sciences are pleased to be working in partnership with a global pharmaceutical business and who are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager, to specialise in External Quality. As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will work extremely closely with the the global Senior Leadership Quality Function, whilst having overall responsibility for managing the External Quality network, including Quality Systems, teams, procedures and vendors to ensure compliance against GMP regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide people leadership to an established external Quality team
• You will support the full external Quality network, including supplier qualification audits, Complaints and the wider Quality Systems
• Working closely with the SVP, you will aid in the selection of and management of suppliers.
• Implement a training programme, ensuring Quality standards are introduced to every employee, and guidelines are understood and followed. You will work closely with the team to monitor their development and support their career growth.
• Acting as the main point of contact for External Quality, including working closely with the FDA during audits & inspections.

The Successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience leading a Quality Assurance function, within a pharmaceutical business.
• Experience leading an Audit function, and managing a CMO and/or external Quality function
• Previous experience leading a Quality function within a CMO environment would be highly beneficial.

Salary: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
