Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers, sellers, and team of agents from contract to close. You would describe yourself as detail oriented, organized, tech savvy, and a team player. You are interested in making sure things are done correctly and have the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Applicants should enjoy helping people and continually learning how to streamline our process.

Compensation: $38,000 – $43,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner
  • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner
  • Schedule moving times and all closing-related meetings
  • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in transaction management is required
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
  • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Real estate license preferred
