Recovery Coordinator (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

The Recovery Coordinator will be involved in the planning, oversight, and coordination of our holistic addiction recovery programs to ensure our patients are receiving the best support and care available, as based on evidence.

Salary: Starts at $14, goes up to $15/hr once 90-day probation period passed.

Shift: 12am-8am

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge and experience in addiction recovery, relapse, mental health, and patient success

• Good analytical, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures compassionate and quality care is provided to all patients

• Develop and maintains addiction recovery programs

• Acquires resources necessary across all programs for patient success

• Provides good communication, oversight and leadership to other staff

• Coordinates events and activities as needed for patients

• Maintains a positive environment to facilitate recovery

• Ensures training material is of sufficient quality
• Collaborate with others to continuously improve our treatments

• Ensure patients’ needs are heard’

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Antonio, TX 78209: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Preferred)
