This position is housed in the Research and Development Service located at the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Portland Health Care System in Portland, Oregon. The incumbent will serve as a Research Librarian (Health Science Specialist) in the Coordinating Center for the Evidence Synthesis Program (ESP), a national VA Health Services Research and Development Service (HSR&D) research program.

Since 2007, the ESP has focused on improving Veteran health and wellbeing through the production of tailored evidence synthesis products to support the implementation of effective practices.
