About the role:
The Analyst, C&S team will report directly to the Senior CBM, C&S and will also support the KAM, C&S East Coast Independents. They will help analyze customer performance to inform and support sales team in driving business at C&S East Coast Independents as well as assist with C&S Headquarters needs. They will have ownership of inputs of the Customer trade plans, tracking and system inputs. They will host weekly / monthly / as needed connect calls with key contacts and proactively analyze customer performance to inform and support the sales team in accurately managing the business. In addition, the individual will be responsible for pulling C&S Spins monthly, inputting promotional plans into internal and external systems, tracking results, and performing analyses that provide actionable insights. This individual must be a detail-oriented self-starter to ensure timely and accurate input of sales / customer information into data systems. This position will be highly instrumental in supporting the sales teams with administrative tasks, tool creation/enhancement as well as business performance management.
You will be accountable for:
- Utilizing internal P&Ls, syndicated, panel, or customer data to analyze the business, understand business trends, and provide a point of view on solutions
- Tracking account-level performance and provide KAM/Senior CBM with adjustment recommendations for both internal and external KPIs
- Owning audit compliance at +95% accuracy
- Driving collaboration with deductions team and KAM/Senior CBM in deduction resolution
- Assisting with customer authorization reports and grids
- You will have a Bachelor's Degree
- You will have 0 to 2 years work experience
- You will have analytical skills and ability to analyze large sets of data
- You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- You will have excellent attention to detail / be a self-starter
- You must be able to travel 10 - 15%

The base compensation range for this position is $60,000-65,000. Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options.
