Seasonal Real Time Adherence (RTA) and Training Administrative Specialist, Customer Service: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family
As part of VF eCommerce Customer Service team, the
Seasonal Real Time Adherence Specialistand

Training Administrative Specialistsare essential in the lifecycle and operations of the Customer Service Team. Both of these role are full time (40 hr/wk) positions, and are seasonal through VF’s holiday season. These roles are fully remote; however, associates must live in Wisconsin or North Carolina.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Real Time Adherence (RTA) Specialist
  • Real time monitoring of contact handling systems to ensure optimal staffing levels and agent adherence to scheduled shifts.
  • Monitor, maintain and report schedule adherence for core and contingent employees.
  • Track attendance and communicate with leadership as needed.
  • Communicate and interact with both leadership and call center agents.
  • Analysis of employee adherence reports, monitoring real-time and intra-day performance and completion of appropriate scheduling adjustments.
  • Identify independent recommendations for improvements.
  • Create, manage, and maintain process documents.
Training Administrative Specialist:
  • Assist with new hire system set up and tracking
  • Daily attendance and training completion tracking and reporting
  • Communicate missed training sessions with new hires
  • Set up mentoring links and schedules
  • Assist with Knowledge Base updates
  • Updating training Spreadsheets and weekly reports
  • Reach out to new hires as needed if missing from classes
  • Assist as moderator in trainings as needed.
Years of Related Professional Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
Educational/ Position Requirements:
  • **Must live in Wisconsin or North Carolina
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Advanced computer skills – solid experience working with database and report generating software, excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical
  • Ability to effectively manage the quality and quantity of emails
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask
  • Bilingual is a plus

Pay Range:

$13.28 USD – $19.92 USD per hour

Additional Incentive Eligibility:
This position is not eligible for any additional pay incentives.
