Senior Accountant

One Source Accounting provides outsourced bookkeeping and payroll services to small and medium sized businesses. We are looking to add a Senior Accountant to our team with the below qualifications:

1. Bachelor of Accounting degree

2. Ten years experience in general ledger accounting and small business bookkeeping

3. Expert in general ledger accounting, bank reconciliation, financial statement reporting and interpretation, payroll and payroll taxes and sales tax

4. Expert in registering for payroll tax accounts at the sate level and preparing amended state and federal payroll tax returns.

5. Expert in Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop

6. Proficient in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Word, Excel, Slack, PDF manipulation and editing, Bill.com

7. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

This is a work from home position, and a computer and monitor will be provided. You must have a stable and interruption-fee work environment, stable and fast Internet and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
