Recruiting Specialist Job Details:

• Trusted advisers to student athletes, helping bridge the gap between athlete and coach
• No responsibility for lead generation
• Focus on closing leads provided through NCSA

As a Recruiting Specialist you will utilize your sales, athletic, and coaching backgrounds to:

• Become an athletic recruiting expert and trusted adviser
• Uncover the family’s recruiting needs with a consultative sales approach and match them with the right NCSA membership
• Provide detailed demonstrations of NCSA’s online tools and benefits with families

We want you because you have:

• The ability to work a non-traditional schedule- nights and weekends
• An outgoing personality with great energy and an excellent phone presence
• 5+ years of professional experience in sales or coaching
• A passion for sports and for providing world class customer service
• Former collegiate athletic or coaching experience preferred
• A Competitive & results driven attitude
• A Bachelor’s Degree
