Minimum Qualifications
One year additional direct experience or training.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Oral and written communication.
Ability to organize and set priorities.
Detail and accuracy oriented.
Work well under pressure.
Complete multiple tasks effectively in a busy and stressful office.
Proficient typing skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel.
Ability to learn a variety of software programs.
Ability to operate office equipment.
Ability to work with and safeguard confidential information.
Knowledge of College policies, procedures, and operations preferred.
Basic accounting skills.
Customer Service knowledge and skills.
Knowledge of general office procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively with a board range of diverse people, ability, culture, ethnic backgrounds, to maintain good working relationships across the College. Ability to work with all groups in a diverse academic, socioeconomic cultural and ethnic background of community college students, faculty, and staff, including those with disabilities.
