The Opportunity:


The Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the month end close, the consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial results from business units, preparation of monthly financial statements for senior management, and assisting in the quarterly and annual filings with the SEC. This position resides in Alpharetta at the Corporate HQ’s. You will have exposure to both the Corporate Accounting and SEC reporting team.



Qualifications / Additional Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
  • 4-10 years of relevant accounting experience from public accounting and/ or public corporate accounting
  • Technical accounting knowledges/principles as it relates to SEC Reporting, GAAP and SOX compliance
  • Consolidation systems experience; OneStream or HFM preferred
  • Experience with BlackLine a plus
  • Prior work experience in a manufacturing industry

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures that comply with U.S. GAAP and SEC Regulations.
  • Assisting in the development of financial reporting and analysis
  • Technical accounting research/evaluation/implementation of new standards
  • Address complex accounting matters and determine resolution
  • Work closely with the external audit partners
  • Assist with preparation and review of SEC and other external reporting
  • Perform monthly and quarterly closing responsibilities including preparing journal entries, and performing balance sheet account reconciliations for complex accounting areas
