Job Description

Cash App Taxes is here to provide customers with smart, simple, and 100% free tax filing. Now we are looking for a Cash App Taxes Customer Support Advocate to join the Cash Direct Customer Support team. We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual who is dedicated to providing world-class support by exceeding expectations through each interaction with our users. The ideal candidate is a fiercely loyal advocate for our customers, a creative problem-solver, an excellent multi-tasker, and a collaborative team member. This person is energized by working with people, while still being a strong independent worker.

In this role you will:

  • Effectively solve customer inquiries via in-app chat/messaging and email using a CRM tool

  • Maintain the highest level of support and professionalism throughout customer and internal interactions

  • Identify, document, escalate and follow up with the Cash App Tax Product Team on product bugs and features

  • Actively improve the customer experience by identifying issue trends and potential process improvements impacting policy and product

  • Ability to identify errors and draft solutions to share with our external support center and actively improve internal process documentation

  • Collaborate with members of other teams to root out answers and be a resource to teammates

Qualifications

  • Experience in direct customer or client-facing roles

  • High bias to action regarding personal performance, including the ability to synthesize and implement feedback
