Position can be US based remote for the right candidate.

As a Platform Analyst – Time Administration, you will work with our partners and customers on activities such as requirements elicitation, documentation, and project management. You will participate in a variety of initiatives including a multitude of product marketing, business relations, and data analysis activities. Translates and facilitates requirements into IT system, process and application deliverables as business requirements evolve.

What You Will Do:

  • Responds to HR and Payroll department inquiries for functional and technical questions related to ADP Vantage and KRONOS software. Troubleshoots and tracks issues in the applications. Analyzes user problems, determines, and recommends optimum resolution for common problems based on system capabilities and user’s needs and refers more complex problems to senior team members.
  • Provides training resources and communication of any updates to new and existing users of ADP Vantage and KRONOS.

ADP Vantage:

  • System configuration to address Union contract and Enterprise time and pay policies.
  • Partner with HR, benefits, payroll, and other internal/external partners to troubleshoot and resolve daily data anomalies.
  • Time off policies (PTO, vacation, sick, personal, etc.) as well as accruals necessary to administer company leave policies.
  • Process standard basic to mid-level report requests.
  • Table and data maintenance of primary HCM and ancillary HR systems.

KRONOS:

  • Maintains configuration related to Schedule Groups, Pattern Templates, Shift Templates, Reports, Work Rules and Pay Codes). :
  • Display profiles including all necessary building blocks related to KRONOS Genies.
  • Maintains and updates:
    • New labor level entries, employee groups and labor level sets. Act as liaison for application upgrades and coordinate communications and training.
    • Building blocks for Pay Policies, Accruals, Leave Setup, and Device Manager Set Up.
    • Configuration within the system based on needs of the customer.
  • Maintains security related configuration for KRONOS (Evaluates Manager Roles, Function Access Profiles– what tasks the user can perform in the application, and Data Access Profiles – what they can see in the application related to Schedule Groups, Pattern Templates, Shift Templates, Reports, Work Rules and Pay Codes).
  • Process standard basic to mid-level report requests.

ADP Advanced Scheduler:

  • Supersite administrator, Maintains configuration related to scheduler groups, workflows, certs, etc.
  • Works with vendor to support customer needs, break/fix issues, testing, etc.
  • Creates new configuration for groups as they adopt ADP Advanced Scheduler capabilities

WorkJam:

  • Maintains configuration related to Scheduling and Communication modules, channels, geofencing
  • Works with vendor to support customer needs, break/fix issues, testing, etc.
  • Creates new configuration for groups as they adopt WorkJam capabilities

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience in IT or business analysis; OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Math, Systems Engineering, or Data Sciences plus 1 year of experience in IT or business analysis; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of IT or business analysis experience.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience in IT or business analysis; OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Math, Systems Engineering, or Data Sciences plus 3 year of experience in IT or business analysis; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of IT or business analysis experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with Payroll and HRM systems.
  • Experience with ADP Vantage Payroll, Kronos Time and Attendance system and HRIS preferred.
  • Must be able to support existing workforce interfaces and configuration.
  • Must be able to conduct routine and complex system analysis for customer support.
  • Must be able to understand and communicate with others in a clear and professional manner, on the phone and in person.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Compensation

  • Hiring Salary Range: $59,755 – $105,500.
  • Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
