We are currently hiring for the following position at our facility in Idaho Falls, ID
AR/HR Administrative Specialist
This position will require a dual role and will be responsible for providing both Human Resource support to BMC’s East Idaho locations as well as taking an active role in the East Idaho Accounts Receivable management team.
Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer relations skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ability to work in a team-oriented environment is required. Strong accounting skills are critical. Applicants must possess proven Microsoft application skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel along with excellent verbal and written skills in addition to previous Accounts Receivable and HR/benefits experience.
This position also requires, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalency and 5 years of experience. Familiarity with construction processes and experience with the building materials industry is preferred. Bi-lingual (English – Spanish) skills are preferred but not required.
