We add more ease to our client's lives allowing them to focus on their family, career and more of what they love.

We have an extremely busy client who needs help managing all facets of her life, especially her home.

This is a part-time position and reports directly to the Lead Personal Assistant, while also working with members of the team when needed.

The work takes place at the client’s home, in the local area community for errands and shopping. Twice yearly in-person team meetings are required, as well as regularly scheduled virtual team meetings.

More about the role:
The main goal of this role is to take on any tasks assigned by the client in order to offer them more time and freedom to do the things that are their priorities. Types of tasks can include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing household projects and maintenance (coordinating contractors and service providers)
  • Maintain and follow detailed household manual, calendar, and filing system
  • Manage contractors and housecleaner
  • Keep house tidy daily/cleaning
  • Keep the house organized
  • Schedule and monitor business and personal travel
  • Maintain travel and personal preferences manuals and files
  • Schedule family activities, purchase tickets, etc.
  • Buy groceries and household supplies
  • Run errands including dry cleaning
  • Pick up and process mail
  • Manage car maintenance
  • Coordinate pet care for two cats
  • Consolidate household bills under separate account and pay bills
  • Assist with special projects
  • Cook two meals a week
  • Handle daily meal prep
  • There is opportunity for minimal childcare if you are available and enjoy this, but it is not required

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:
  • Experience managing a household is required
  • Experience in customer service is a huge plus!
  • Excel at follow-through
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Tech savvy and able to pick up new technology quickly and intuitively
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Able to work independently and take initiative, be self-directed and self-motivated
  • Easy to reach and responsive during normal business hours – we have a policy of responding to texts, phone calls and emails within 4 hours, you must be able to comply with this policy during business hours

Hours of work:
This is a part-time role and will be approximately 25 hours per week. Ideally these hours would be on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between the hours of 9:00am - 3:15pm. However, this can be adjusted somewhat to accommodate the Personal Assistant, if needed.

Compensation: $23-25
