Your impact:
Being a customer facing Yupper means that you are on the front lines creating amazing customer experiences. More than that, you are also gathering critical insights to drive our business forward. As a customer centric company, understanding our customer mindset allows us to adapt quickly to be able to meet their needs. You will provide the critical link between our customers and our leadership team.

What you will do:
You will need to pair the powers of effortless communication with exceptional emotional intelligence to educate families about how Yup can put their children on the path to success. You will provide an engaging, informative experience to potential customers who contact us via inbound calls and live chat, with the purpose of getting them to enroll. For you, it’s a unique opportunity to help us revolutionize the way customers experience math tutoring while furthering your professional growth and developing new skills. Your Experience/Skills:
  • Education * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience * 3 years professional experience (Sales experience preferred)
  • Skills * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and energetic phone presence, with exceptional listening skills
  • Proficient at time management
  • Highly organized and capable of working as a team player in a collaborative startup environment
  • Working style * Never-fail attitude in the face of adversity
  • Proactive and self-motivated to independently do what is in the company’s best interests, especially in ambiguous situations
