Sales & Event Coordinator

Walters Wedding Estates is actively recruiting candidates for a Sales & Event Coordinator!

Location: Aristide Colleyville

Pay: 35K

A Walters Wedding Estates Sales & Event Coordinator both leads sales tours and coordinates weddings. We look for candidates with a passion for the hospitality industry and the desire to learn and grow with our company!


  • Assist with managing inquires including general communication and Follow-Ups.
  • Assist with Operation emails.
  • Lead any sales tours assigned and take Drop-In tours when needed.
  • Assist with creating proposals and contracts.
  • Responsible for executing assigned events. Includes leading details meetings, rehearsals, and events.
  • Should attend all weekly and BEO meetings.
  • Responsible for processing payments during office days.
  • Responsible for handling necessary daily office tasks.


  • Bachelor's degree recommended
  • Previous experience performing general office duties including utilizing email, fax, phone, and POS functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • TABC certified
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently, 50 on occasion
