This position will support the Director, of Product Management.
This position will report into the Agent Services organization –
working to enhance the core platforms and will assist in launching
new adjacent products and services that drive business efficiencies
and user satisfaction.
Provide product management and organization support to members of the team in the following key areas:
Ability to own the support of multiple technical products related to Agent Services and Agent Experience
Creating timelines for the product deliverables with the ability to meet various deadlines. Assist in completion of product milestones
Collaborate with the product team to scope additional features and product roadmap
Develop detailed and summary analytics, metrics and reports to drive critical business decisions in an easy to understand way
Monitor material and verify that all posted support materials are current
Schedule and run meetings, develop support documentation and communicating results to team members
Cover questions, meetings and group chats to provide timely response to questions
Assist in developing and implementing appropriate communications that will drive awareness and usage of materials, videos and presentations
Create presentations that demonstrate the functionality and benefits of key products as related to the core platforms and initiatives.
Experience with Windows and MS Office including: Word, Excel, Power Point, Product Tools
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Self-starter that can has experience in both operational and technical aspects of real estate managing through the different aspects of a product lifecycle.
Experience with both operational and technical aspects of real estate and/or property management business experience a plus
Experience with Realogy and CB proprietary systems, including HomeBase, Transaction Manager, Trident, Oracle, Direct Deposit, Electronic Payments (inbound and outbound) systems is strongly preferred.
Prior vendor management experience is preferred (e.g., Fiserv, CyberSource, ITMS, JPM, etc)
