RESPONSIBILITIES The job responsibilities of our Head of Operations include:


  • Understands the landscape of the current organizational make up and creates strategic plans for scalability
  • Owns and implements roles and responsibilities
  • Holds team members accountable to performance standards (both up and down)
  • Strategically identifies processes and improvements to increase organizational revenue and productivity
  • Looks for ways to increase overall employee and organizational productivity and performance

Leadership and Accountability

  • Leads, manages and holds accountable all facets of Operational and Warehouse departments
  • Achieves 1, 3, and 10-year goals according to organizational vision
  • Communicates and develops reports to present analytics to leadership team
  • Understands the current market and can identify our organizational identity within the market
  • Responsible for hiring and terminating employees (HR processes)


  • Facilitates weekly L10s, one-on-ones
  • Understands current warehouse structure and its components (inventory totals, etc. )

Creates, develops, and executes cost analysis to identify overall efficiencies in warehouse Mantis system-implement, identifying training needs and weaknesses

  • Has an overall understanding of labor and labor laws
  • Understands and manages the supply chai

n Understands sound logistics Identifies software recommendations

  • Creates processes and identifies automated processes
  • Owns the QA process of the warehouse
  • Owns purchase order process, transfer planning processes, and container planning processes
  • Owns the drop shipping processes and identifies inefficiencies to increase productivity
  • Owns the implements of EOS
  • Holds team accountable for usage of all resources and tools that have been implemented


  • 5+ years’ management experience
  • 5+ years’ operations experience
  • Software experience within the warehousing industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office


  • 5+ years’ supply chain (logistics) experience
  • 5+ years’ business experience (E-commerce experience)
  • Proven track record of growth within an organization
  • Amazon fulfillment experience
  • Warehousing management and logistics experience
  • Risk management experience
  • EOS knowledge or has worked within an organization that has implemented EOS


  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience

Salary range: $150-165k
