About the Role

The Workforce Solutions Manager will lead a team of analysts responsible for the staffing, scheduling and cross functional management of a wide range of client commitments. The Workforce Solutions Manager will support all Operations, Planning & Analysis (OPA) departments through project management, reporting and analysis. The Workforce Solutions Manager will act as a trusted resource to clients and internal stakeholders, delivering compelling presentations and communicating effectively throughout all levels within our organization. Responsibilities include recommending operational changes, process improvement and overseeing daily workflow of analysts.

Key Outcomes

  • Analyze all occupancy, attrition, and demand factors to make recommendations for change
  • Coordinate and monitor daily workflow to ensure smooth operation, cost containment, and quality
  • Analyze data and provide reporting to support overall improvement of business needs
  • Responsible for the achievement of all daily, weekly, and monthly client obligations
  • Conduct complex, ad-hoc statistical analysis to support staffing and scheduling team with forecasting and scheduling options
  • Analyze department processes for standardization and systemic automation opportunities
  • Create training curriculum and delivery to Operations, Planning & Analysis and business partners
  • Completes additional duties as assigned
